All 150 homes in the first phase are sold at Cascades in World Golf Village in St. Augustine, according to sales manager Ken Gore. The community is now taking reservations for the homes in phase II.
When finished, Cascades will have 450 homes along with a 22,000-square-foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center and six Har-Tru tennis courts.
