Jim Stege, chairman of the 2005 Gingerbread House Extravaganza, and Chef Jean Christophe Setin from San Jose Country Club join Mrs. Claus and a gingerbread man to pose with one of Setin’s creations: a gingerbread replica of McNair Park. The upcoming extravaganza is sponsored by the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville and will run from Nov. 25-Dec. 30. It will feature a gingerbread village with houses, local landmarks and other creations that will be auctioned off, with proceeds from the auction and admissions to the village benefiting HabiJax, the Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville and Rotary Club of South Jacksonville Charities.
