Beazer Homes has released a limited number of 90-foot homesites in South Hampton, a country club community in northern St. Johns County.
Beazer Homes has fewer than 10 estate-sized homesites featuring preservation views available in this newest phase at South Hampton. Homebuyers have nine one- and two-story new home designs from which to choose. The four- and five-bedroom designs offer 2,371-3,573 square feet of living space and range in size from four bedrooms with three baths to five bedrooms with four baths. The homes offer covered lanais and porches and two- and three-car garages. Prices start in the high $400s.
South Hampton offers a variety of amenities including a family activities center, tennis and basketball courts, aquatic recreation complex and an 18-hole championship Mark McCumber-designed golf course.
