Captiva Condominiums is looking to spur a quick closeout with the introduction of a Realtor incentive program that will reward top-selling agents with shopping sprees at any Simon Mall, including the new St. Johns Town Center, The Avenues and Regency Square Malls.

The promotion, which runs through October 31, will feature a $2,000 first-place prize, a $1,000 second-place prize and a $500 third-place prize, all in the form of Simon Mall gift cards. Realtors will be awarded one point for every qualified prospect they register at the Captiva Sales and Information Center between Aug. 1 and Oct. 31 and five points for every sale that closes between those dates. Realtors with the highest point totals during the contest period will be declared the winners with any ties being broken via a drawing.

The three-month time period correlates with the anticipated sell-out of Captiva. Lifestyles Realtors, sales and marketing agents for Captiva, reported that they have already accepted contracts for more than 70 percent of the residences inside the community, which is off of Townsend Boulevard near Jacksonville University.

Captiva offers five floor plans in one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium homes ranging in size from 801-1,856 square feet, starting in the high $90s. The conversion community includes a swimming pool, clubhouse and picnic areas.

Captiva offers such standard features as private balconies, permastone tile flooring in all foyers, kitchens and baths, new California Berber carpeting in the living area and bedrooms, intrusion alarms, ceiling fans and full pre-wiring for high-speed Internet access. Captiva’s kitchens all come fully-equipped with new undermount sinks; raised panel white-on-white cabinets and new appliances including microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers.
