Ryland Homes has plans to build 380 new homes priced from the mid $200s at Durbin Crossing on Russell Sampson Road when development is completed next year.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said Ryland plans to start construction of new homes in the second quarter of 2006. The homebuilder will build three-, four- and five-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,487-4,000 square feet on 50-, 60-, 70- and 80-foot home sites, Agar said.
