Mercedes Homes has opened three decorated models at Hannah’s Walk, the home builder’s latest townhome community on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine.
The Atlantic, the largest of the three models with 1,682 square feet of living space, features three bedrooms with two full and one half bathrooms as well as a one-car garage. This model offers a loft upstairs as well.
The St. Johns model has 1,546 square feet of living space and the Julington floor plan has 1,349 square feet of living space. These both also include three bedrooms with two full and one half bathrooms as well as a one-car garage. Each of the townhome models features two-story floor plans and all of the townhomes offer a porch, many with a front courtyard.
Hannah’s Walk amenities include a cabana area, pool and a lake as well as conservation and cul-de-sac home sites. Hannah’s Walk townhomes are priced from the mid $200s.
