Two area home builders, James Hannah Construction and William H. Gross Construction, will begin building two new neighborhoods in the gated community of Osprey Cove this fall.

Homes in The Reserve and Clearlake neighborhoods will be built on large, secluded homesites — many with views of lakes and conservation areas. These neighborhoods are among some of the last to be released in the Isle of St. Marys at Osprey Cove and are being built near the gateway to the community’s Island Estates section. Construction on the homes in The Reserve and Clearlake are expected to begin this fall.

James Hannah Construction will build homes in the private seven-homesite enclave called The Reserve. Homes are planned to be four-bedroom, three-bathroom designs priced from the high $300s. The floor plans range in size from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. Designs include options for second level bonus rooms.

Most homesites in this neighborhood will be more than one-half acre and are located on a circular drive surrounding a landscaped island. James Hannah Construction is currently reviewing designs for a model home in the neighborhood and plans are underway to begin building a new model home later this year. Hannah also will begin construction on Express Address homes for early delivery.

William H. Gross Construction will build in the 34-home neighborhood of Clearlake, named for the community lake around which the homes will be built. Homesites in Clearlake are also considerable in size with many sites starting at one-quarter of an acre. William H. Gross Construction expects to offer many Express Address homes ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,600 square feet. Homes in Clearlake will start in the $300s and some will be available for move-in early in 2006.

Each owner in the two new Osprey Cove neighborhoods will be entitled to all the amenities of Osprey Cove as well as associate golf membership to the Osprey Cove Golf Club. Osprey Cove has a signature Mark McCumber golf course and amenities which include the River Club, a recreation complex offering a private boat ramp and deep water access via the St. Marys River.

Residents at Osprey Cove who join the Golf Club enjoy the many benefits of an association with Hampton Golf, LandMar’s golf course development and management affiliate. Resident members may access special privileges at all Hampton Golf clubs and courses and are eligible for the LandMar Resident Golf Advantage that includes reciprocal access to all courses and full golf membership upgrade options.
