Prudential Network Realty’s San Jose office recently hosted an open house to officially launch “Take it to the House,” an annual promotion with the Jacksonville Jaguars which gives participants an opportunity to win $50,000 towards the purchase of a new home.

The San Jose office signed up participants who stopped by the “Take it to the House” launch party and open house. During the festivities, guests enjoyed refreshments and the opportunity to meet the Jaguars’ energetic feline mascot Jaxson deVille while collecting autographs. Guests were also treated to a special appearance by “Racing Limos,” a limousine decorated like a NASCAR racing car, which was a big hit with children and their parents who stopped by to register.

Throughout the 2005-06 season, Jacksonville Jaguars fans will have a weekly opportunity to register their name in the “Take it to the House” contest. One name will be selected prior to each home game. The winner and a guest will receive tickets to the game, a parking pass and the opportunity to be on the field prior to kickoff. If a Jacksonville Jaguars player runs the kickoff back for a touchdown at the start of the first or second half, the contestant whose name was drawn will win a $50,000 credit to be used towards the purchase of a new home with representation of a Prudential Network Realty agent. Winners must be present at the game to win.

Participants may register for “Take it to the House” at these locations: all Prudential Network Realty open houses, all Prudential Network Realty offices, the Prudential Network Realty booth at the Pepsi Experience at Alltel Stadium on game days, www.prudentialnetworkrealty.com and www.jaguars.com. A complete list of rules for “Take it to the House” and a list of Prudential Network Realty’s offices can be found on the company’s Web site.
