Woodside Homes/North Florida Builders, has three showhomes under construction and available for move-in this fall at MuraBella, Woodside’s community in St. Augustine across from the King and Bear.
Woodside/North Florida Builders designed a series of new home designs for MuraBella. The showhomes under construction, The Palma, The Tuscany and The Trieste, range in size from 1,879-2,715 square feet and are priced starting in the mid-$300s. MuraBella’s overall price range is from the high $200s-$500s.
MuraBella’s amenities center includes a pool, water tower, sports fields, amphitheater and residents’ clubhouse. Woodside/North Florida Builders also will be opening four decorated model homes this month.
