Beazer Homes will offer six new home designs at Villages of Westport in Northwest Jacksonville.
Beazer Homes will offer floor plans ranging from 1,870 to 3,253 square feet of living space on 50-foot homesites at Villages of Westport. The homes will feature three bedrooms with two baths up to six bedrooms with three-and-a-half baths.
Many of the new home designs will offer buyers the opportunity to add an optional den, loft, game room, sitting area or bedroom. All of Beazer Homes’ new designs at Villages of Westport will include features including designer lighting packages, knockdown ceilings, security systems, landscaping, GE kitchen appliances, 42-inch cabinetry in the kitchens and Roman tubs with a separate shower in master baths. Beazer’s homes at Villages of Westport will be priced starting in the mid $200s.
Beazer Homes is forming an interest list and sales will commence this fall with construction beginning in February 2006.
