With construction well underway on several homes in Matovina & Company’s Romeo Point, three of the neighborhood’s nine waterfront lots, priced from $770,000 to $1.15 million, are currently available. Romeo Point is a gated community of 28 homesites in Fleming Island.
All of the lots have full bulkheads and two include dock permits. Waterfront property owners may select their builders and build whenever they choose with no mandatory time period.
