KB Home has opened the third and final phase of the Nassau County community Cartesian Pointe.
The homebuilder has released 73 new homesites and two new model homes in Phase III. This phase offers quarter-acre homesites and a selection of 10 one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,336 to 2,478 square feet with prices starting in the high $100s. The floor plans include design features such as walk-in closets and dens and lofts per plan. Homebuyers have the choice to add fireplaces and landscape packages per plan. The available plans may be further enhanced with structural choices such as bay windows, vaulted or 9-foot ceilings, several garage features and covered patios.
The community features an amenities center complete with baseball field and playground.
