Port St. John is a new community situated on along the Bartram Trail on FL- 13. The gated neighborhood has 24 lots, four of which are located on the banks of the St. Johns River.
Victoria Robbins Realty is marketing the community’s waterfront lots. Three of the lots, priced from $900,000, are still available. All share panoramic views across the St. Johns River at one of the river’s widest points. Two of the sites share a newly-constructed dock with covered boathouses for each and the third may obtain a private dock permit. Builder Bryan Lendry purchased the community’s 20 interior lots and has several homes currently under construction.
Waterfront property owners may select their builder of choice and build whenever they choose with no mandatory time period.
