Mercedes Homes recently hosted the grand opening of Academy Park, a new community of townhomes in North Jacksonville. The event, held under a tent at the construction site, welcomed buyers and Realtors. Three new model homes are now open a well.
Academy Park features two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 1,183 to 1,526 square feet and include as many as two-and-a-half baths. Prices begin in the $130s.
Academy Park will be limited to 58 residences, all of which are situated on two cul-de-sacs.
