Beazer Homes recently opened two new townhome models at the gated community of Emerald Preserve at Bartram Park.
The Diamond is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath design with 1,496 square feet of living space, a leisure room, covered patio and one-car garage. The Sapphire is serving as Beazer Homes’ sales center at Emerald Preserve and features 1,416 square feet also with two bedrooms, a leisure room, two-and-a-half baths, covered patio and a one-car garage.
In addition to the Diamond and Sapphire, Beazer Homes has four other designs from which to choose. All of the homes feature knockdown ceilings throughout, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second. Master bedrooms offer walk-in closets and garden tubs in the bath.
Beazer Homes currently has homes available for immediate move-in and is readying several more for early fall move-in with incentives to homebuyers. Prices for the townhomes start in the low $180s.
Beazer Homes is nearly 80 percent sold out in the community and is putting the finishing touches on landscaping at the community’s entrance. Once construction is complete, the neighborhood will feature 23 buildings as well as an entryway flanked by two lakes with spouting fountains.
