A two-story model home, Kayla Cay, has 3,567 square feet of living space and 4,017 total square feet under the roof. There are four bedrooms, three baths, and a study that can double as an extra bedroom.
The main level of the Kayla Cay includes an two-story entry foyer, adjacent living and dining rooms and a combination of family room, sunroom and beautifully appointed kitchen.
Kayla Cay’s second floor includes the private master suite, three guest bedrooms, a large loft area and a separate game room. The home is priced from the high-$300’s.
Six floor plans, ranging from 2,078 to 3,753 square feet, are available in the community. These are built in the French Country or Craftsman style and include as many as five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
