Watson Realty Corp. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on August 16 for its new Chaffee Road office, located next door to the Westside Regional Library. Manager Ryan O’Brien and the sales team at Watson’s Westside office, currently located on 103rd St., are planning to move into the new building by late next spring.

Constructed by Kur-Star Construction, the 9,900-square-foot building will feature concrete block and brick construction and offer state-of-the-art technology. It will become home to up to 75 sales associates and will provide additional space for Watson’s Westside Property Management office led by Manager Janet Mette.

The ceremony was attended by many members of the Watson Team, including Watson’s Chairman of the Board William A. Watson Jr., President Ed Forman, Manager Ryan O’Brien, John Kurtz of Kur-Star Construction and his team, along with the sales team from Watson’s Westside office. Several members from the library staff next door were also special guests at the ceremony.
