Troy Homes has opened its Tuscany model home in the TuscanWood community at World Golf Village. Located behind the gates of the King & Bear just beyond The Estates of World Golf Village, the neighborhood offers 30 Mediterranean-inspired courtyard homes priced from the low $500s to the low $600s.

The Tuscany model, priced from $569,000, offers four bedrooms and three and one-half baths in a great room floor plan. The nearly 3,000-square-foot home offers an master retreat and a wraparound covered porch. The home, located on a lake-to-preserve site, also features flex space for a computer nook or wine cabinet, entertainment room on the second floor and an two-car garage.

TuscanWood is the only courtyard community within the King & Bear.

“The courtyard homes offer wood frame construction with unique architectural detail and stone accents, along with high-quality finishes. The Tuscany model is absolutely lovely and the community itself is gorgeous, surrounded by such a gorgeous natural landscape,” said Karen Palmer, vice president of residential sales for Davidson Realty, Inc., the exclusive marketers of the community.

Troy Homes is a third-generation family business that has been building homes since 1938. The company is also building in the Waterbury by the Links neighborhood at World Golf Village.
