Troy Homes has opened its Tuscany model home in the TuscanWood community at World Golf Village. Located behind the gates of the King & Bear just beyond The Estates of World Golf Village, the neighborhood offers 30 Mediterranean-inspired courtyard homes priced from the low $500s to the low $600s.
The Tuscany model, priced from $569,000, offers four bedrooms and three and one-half baths in a great room floor plan.
