Belle Haven of St. Augustine, a new condominium community, was shown off in style with a opening celebration as Developer Eastwood of St. Augustine, LLC, threw the party to showcase its furnished model, one of three available floor plans.
The weather cooperated for the nearly 200 guests who came to see the new model. New residents, industry professionals and close friends mixed and mingled while enjoying food, a photo gallery of the building construction, and the sounds of a jazz trio from the University of North Florida.
Eastwood President Elizabeth Robins gave special recognition to all of the homeowners.
“They made a commitment to this community without seeing it built and had faith that we would delver a quality product,” said Robins. “We are thrilled to offer something that has met, if not exceeded, their expectations.”
