St. Johns Golf & Country Club is expected to sell out by the end of the year. A limited number of homes are available in the community’s final phase including inventory homes ready for immediate move-in and several other homes nearing completion.

The builders are St. Joe Homebuilding and Morrison and they offer a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,561 to 4,400 square feet.
