Area Realtors donned hard hats last month for a tour of the Oceanside 932, a 10-story condominium being built on Jacksonville Beach.
Builder Sales & Marketing, a division of Prudential Network Realty, staged the luncheon event.
Called “Oceanside State of Mind,” the Biscottis-catered event showcased the ocean views and lifestyle in the last two Oceanside 932 penthouse homes.
The two penthouses at Oceanside 932 are the last homes available at the condominium. Each penthouse contains more than 3,330 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, a den or study and four bathrooms. Balconies in these homes range in size from 477 square feet to 743 square feet.
The 3,331-square-foot penthouse homes at Oceanside 932 are priced from $1.89 million and will be ready for move-in this fall.
