The sweltering heat in mid-July isn’t the best time to enjoy a noon luncheon, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done well. The 90 degree weather didn’t keep Realtors away from the grand opening of Hayden’s Lake by Collins Builders in Jacksonville’s Northside. There was no touring of homes — they’re not built yet — but still droves of Realtors hung around for Collins’ eight drawings. Sandy Gibbs of ERA Dan Jones and Associates, won the grand prize — a Dell laptop computer.
The inventory homes at Hayden Lakes start at $202,200 and are available with a projected move-in date of January 2007.
