Mercedes Homes opened its Creekside Oaks model, the Sadie Cay, in late July with a festive Italian theme. Creekside Oaks is located in Jacksonville’s Westside, just south of the Crystal Springs area. The home sites are dubbed as estate size and back up to conservation land and lakes. The community has three cul-de-sacs and a creek runs through the community.
The four bedroom model home provided ample space for the more than 50 Realtors who toured the home.
