About 40 Realtors including board members from both St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of Realtors and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors attended the second meeting of the newly formed St. Johns Council. Once there, new chair, John Chapman of Century 21 A1A Realty greeted the guests, explained the purpose of the council and then opened the floor to questions.

“The three main issues are lockboxes, caravan of the WGV and CR 210 corridor and a common Multiple Listing Service,” said Chapman.

After much discussion and suggestions over how to solve the problems, both boards agreed to take the issue back to discuss with other board members and see if a working agreement can be found.

The next meeting should be held late January or early February.
