The Palencia Holiday Showhouse opened to the public last month but the previous night’s event drew hundreds of Realtors for the fourth annual Realtor Appreciation Night.
ICI Homes’ Stonebridge III was a canvas for more than 10 teams of designers. The home has 3,886 square feet of living space and each room was transformed into showcases of North Florida designers, which included Flowers by Shirley, Interiors by Decorating Den, European Flair, Timber & Textiles, Jae’s Interiors, Norwalk, Olde Green Cupboard, Southern Habitat, Palencia Realty, Inc., Sisler Johnson Interior Design, and ICI Homes.

“This is a great opportunity for people to visit the decorated Showhouse built by ICI at Palencia during a wonderful time of the year, while supporting a great charity, the Trinity Rescue Mission,” Naomi Lumley, sales and marketing director for Hines at Palencia, said.
Tickets were $50 and proceeds went to the mission. The showhouse was open to the public through Dec. 15.
