Jay Brown and Cynthia Montgomery became shareholders in Ackerman Senterfitt’s Jacksonville office. Brown is now a shareholder in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group and Commercial Litigation Group. Montgomery is in the Real Estate Practice Group.

April seminar
The Omni will host a Children’s Records Law in Florida April 11. The all-day seminar is sponsored by Lorman Education Services and is designed for attorneys, school officials, psychologists, social workers and others that handle children’s issues. The seminar is also worth seven Florida Bar-approved CLE credits and 5.5 hours worth of Florida Bar Certification Plan credits in the area of Maternity and Family Law.
