The Monique Burr Foundation for Children recently announced its 2006 board of directors.
The executive committee consists of Edward E. Burr, president; Bert Simon, vice president; John Fletcher, treasurer; and Ellen Morris Mills, secretary and chair of expansion.
Committee chairs are John Fletcher, finance and endowment; Cheryl Graham, administrative development; Adam Marko, marketing and public relations; Maxine McBride, fund raising and special events; and Lisa Ussery, grant review and program development.
On the board are Monica Day, Donna Orender, Dianne E. Parker, Dennis Rosa, Rev. Davette Turk and Rozie Rubin Williams.
The Monique Burr Foundation for Children was founded by LandMar Group CEO and President Ed Burr in honor of his late wife. The foundation works in partnership with agencies serving children whose primary focus is preventing sexual abuse of children.
