Watson Realty Corp.’s Jacksonville Region celebrated its annual Awards Ceremony at a luncheon last month at the World Golf Village Renaissance Hotel with over 750 associates present.
With “Through The Years” as its theme, the company celebrated its 40th year in the real estate industry and recognized the company’s outstanding 2005 achievers.
Jan Shields of the Atlantic Beach office was once again named Watson’s Top Salesperson of the Year in 2005 and member of the Circle of Excellence with closed volume in excess of $56 Million.
Debbie Shagnea of Mandarin South, Diana McKee of South Beach and Missy DeKay of Ponte Vedra were recognized as Platinum Pinnacle Award members, each with over $25 Million in sales.
Thirty-one individuals received the Gold Pinnacle Award (closed volume over $10 Million), 99 individuals received the Silver Pinnacle Award (closed volume over $5 Million), and 133 individuals received the Presidents Award (over $2.5 Million).
The Rookie of the Year was Kristan Cloud-Malin of the Atlantic Beach office.
Other awards included Highest Number of Listings Sold, Debbie Shagnea of Mandarin South; Second Highest Number of Listings Sold, Shari Graham of North Jacksonville; Most Property Management Referrals, Miffy Calhoun of Mandarin North; and Highest Number of Outgoing Referral Closings, Jocelyne Whaley of Hidden Hills.
The Ponte Vedra Office received the Most Referrals to Property Management and was recognized as the company’s No. 1 office with over $275 Million in closed business.
Jacksonville Regional Manager Wendie Mayfield announced that the region had set yet another sales record in 2005 with closed volume of $2,347,682,678.19 and Forman announced that the entire company had posted record sales as well, with closed volume of $5,184,119,791.98.
