WCI Communities has announced its latest oceanfront condominium, Arezzo, is coming soon to Hammock Dunes. WCI is planning to release its newest tower at Hammock Dunes in the first quarter.
“Arezzo offers a casually elegant beach lifestyle,” said Project Manager Jeff Maxwell. “These beachfront sky homes make it possible for Arezzo residents to live as if they are permanently on vacation. WCI is known for building luxury condominiums with endless amenities and Arezzo is no exception.”
Arezzo will offer beachfront living with 64 oceanfront residences including six penthouses. Each residence includes oceanfront terraces.
Arezzo offers a lobby reception area, theater and guest suite. There also will be a swimming pool, jetted spa, fitness center and entertainment area.
