The Waterbury by the Links neighborhood at the World Golf Village has only four remaining homesites available for purchase. The neighborhood wanders through seven of the first nine holes of the King & Bear golf course.
The four homesites are priced from $294,832 to $313,066. While there are incentives for those who begin construction immediately with one of World Golf Village’s preferred builders, there is no mandatory build time and homesite purchasers may use their builder of choice. Preferred builders in Waterbury include American Homebuilders, Milar Custom Homes, Legacy Builders, Troy Homes and Arthur Rutenberg Homes by Marcus Allen Homes, Inc.
All purchasers receive complimentary initiation fees to Serenata Beach Club, a private oceanfront club in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Other benefits include a full membership to both of World Golf Village’s courses, the King & Bear and the Slammer & Squire. Only property owners are eligible for this program, which includes unlimited access to both courses and reasonable monthly dues.
