Engle Homes’ sales are moving at a fast pace at the gated north Jacksonville community of Jacob’s Way. More than 50 percent of the homesites available during the builder’s second phase of construction have been sold.
The community boasts a 1.73-acre family recreation area with a tot lot, covered picnic area, basketball courts and playing fields. Some of Engle Homes’ lots are as big as one-quarter of an acre. Prices for Engle homes in Jacob’s Way start in the low $200s.
Engle Homes’ model at Jacob’s Way is the 2,567-square-foot San Marco, a one-story design that includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, family room, breakfast nook and covered patio.
