Hampton Professional Park LLC broke ground on its office park located on 5.66 acres at the new corridor of Baymeadows Road East and 9A.
Hampton Professional Park offers 43,000 square feet in three single-story office buildings, with suites ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to 12,000 square feet. The buildings’ design reflects a mix of classic elegance and metropolitan flair with marble architectural icons, concrete roof tiles, reflective glass and concrete block construction. Two of the three buildings are sold and eight of nine suites in the main building remain available for purchase or lease with an option for turnkey build out available through W.G. Pitts Co.
