Toll Brothers is nearly sold out in the Palencia community of Sebastian Square.
Toll Brothers has only eight home sites remaining, and the model, the Montgomery Spanish Colonial, will be up for sale soon. Toll Brothers is offering nine home designs in Sebastian Square, each with three or four elevations from which to choose.
Prices for the homes start at $515,000 and range to more than $1 million.
The Montgomery Spanish Colonial model - a 2005 Parade of Homes “Gold Winner” - showcases architectural details including Spanish colonial arched windows, stucco trim, a three-car garage and a curved courtyard driveway highlighted by brick pavers, all of which are standard features in every Toll Brothers home within Sebastian Square.
