They’re not in Kansas anymore, not that the ever were. But they’re not in Baymeadows any longer either.

ICI Homes has moved its offices to a new facility off St. Augustine Road.

Mori Hosseini, chairman and CEO of ICI Homes, said he was delighted to see the group — that started its Jacksonville operations in a garage and at one time was evicted by the City — in their “state of the art office building.”

The company moved its offices from Belfort Road to its St. Augustine Road location two months ago and held a grand opening last month.

ICI Homes celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2005. The company is a semi-custom and custom homebuilder/developer that currently operates in nine Florida counties as well as markets in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Several elected officials, Relators, developers and builders attended the opening.
