The Richmond American Homes team showed the first phase of Sevilla at World Commerce Center at World Golf Village last month. Sevilla has 200 lots available and 20 inventory homes in the first phase, with another phase opening later this year. The Richmond American staff was on hand to answer relators questions including base prices, upgrades, additional standard features and commission rates.
Marketing Director Amber King said there was a bigger turnout than expected, forcing caterers to run to a local supermarket.
Realtors toured the Cantara Model Homes, Nicolas Quick Move-In home, Lancaster Quick Movie-In home and the Sevilla Amenity Center via stretch limousines.
At the event, Realtors had chances to win two gas cards that were auctioned off as well as a $60 gift basket and 48 inch plasma screen T.V.
