VIM offers a lift

Years after he oversaw the renovation of the Volunteers in Medicine facility on Duval Street, contractor West Westmoreland finally saw the building’s second floor. Westmoreland, who has been paralyzed since a car accident 23 years ago, was carted to the second floor via the clinic’s renovated elevator. The Haskell Co. volunteered to lead the project for VIM.
