Community Health Charities honored Florida Community College and the Vision Is Priceless Council with its major awards at the annual meeting this week,
CHC is a non-profit made up of local health-related charities and conducts workplace giving campaigns. It formerly was known as the Community Health Appeal.
FCC was given the Campaign Partner of the Year award for its workplace campaign and the VIP Council was named the Agency of the Year for its help in conducting campaigns.
Seven local companies were recognized for workplace campaigns: JEA, Shands HealthCare, FCC, EverBank, TV-7, St. Vincent’s and Orange Park Medical Center.
