The Preserve at San Jose, a restored condominium community on Jacksonville’s Southside, is now three-quarters sold according to Lifestyles Realtors, the exclusive sales and marketing company for the property.
“There really isn’t one single factor driving these record sales,” said John Spassoff, vice president of sales for Lifestyles Realtors. “There are several reasons why people fall in love with The Preserve at San Jose - price, location and the quality of the construction.”
The Preserve at San Jose is at 8880 Old Kings Road, one mile south of Baymeadows Road.

Pricing begins in the $110s for residences with one bedroom, one bathroom and 901 square feet of living space. Buyers can choose from a variety of floor plans with as many as four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and up to 1,987 square feet of living space. For a limited time, the developer is offering up to $5,000 off the price of select residences.
