Symphony plays at Palencia

The Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra will play a special pops concert on Sunday, May 21 at Palencia.

“Palencia makes for a beautiful backdrop for the wonderful music of the Jacksonville Symphony. This outdoor concert will not only delight our residents, but will give many an opportunity to visit Palencia for a spectacular event,” said Naomi Lumley, sales and marketing director for Hines at Palencia.

“Palencia Pops Under The Stars” will be played on the practice green adjacent to Palencia’s golf course with event opening at 5:30 and music beginning at 6:30 p.m. There are three levels of tickets available for the concert. VIP single tickets at $35 each and patron tables of eight at $750 or $100 per person are now being sold

The venue has tiered seating and lawn seating is free with concertgoers urged to bring blankets and chairs. Call 599-9016 for more information.
