Watson Custom Home Builders is offering 13 floorplans at Glen Eagle, a community on Chaffee Road next to the new Jacksonville West Regional Public Library.
The builder’s designs within the community start in the low-$300’s and range from 2,000 to 3,352 square feet of living space. The homes feature full brick exteriors and courtyard or side-entry garages on homesites that average 90 feet wide by 130 deep.
Currently under construction, prospective homebuyers will be able to visit the builder’s Coventry model in April. The Coventry is a 2,287-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath home with arched entryways, 10-foot knockdown ceilings throughout, a covered porch and a courtyard-entry garage.
