New attorney Collins Cooper’s swearing in was a family affair Thursday at the Duval County Courthouse. Former Circuit Court Judge William Durden and wife Rosemary (to the left) are Cooper’s grandparents. Cooper’s mom, Circuit Court Judge Mallory Cooper (far right), administered the oath. It was Judge Cooper’s second trip in two months to the courthouse’s ceremonial Courtroom Four - her investiture to the Circuit Court bench brought in an overflow crowd in March.
