The clubhouse and sports complex at Cascades recently began site construction according to Levitt and Sons, builder of the adult community in the World Golf Village.
There will be 22,000 square feet under air with an additional 18,000 square feet of outdoor area. The clubhouse will offer a ballroom, card, billiards, and arts and crafts rooms. There is also an outdoor pool, sundeck and protected indoor pool.
Cascades is a gated community that will feature 450 single-family luxury homes offering a country club lifestyle. There will be fourteen detached single story-style floor plans.
The designs are priced to start in the upper-$200’s and range from 1,563 to 2,520 square feet. Homes feature two to four bedrooms, two to three baths, two-car attached garages, front covered entry porch and covered screen lanai, fully sodded and irrigated yards, and all are single-story layouts.
