Engle Homes’ has recently initiated the release of their new collection of designer Hillcrest Townhomes, a 160-home community in Arlington, which marks Engle Homes’ launch into the multifamily market.
“We know Engle Homes’ proven capacity for building top quality, elegant single-family homes will translate extraordinarily well to townhome designs and sales,” said Greg Souris, vice president of sales and marketing for Engle Homes. “We are already seeing homebuyers take advantage of the opportunity to live in this community.”
Hillcrest is off Merrill Road and State Road 9A. Nearly 40 of the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath homes have already been sold as part of Engle Homes’ preconstruction pricing, which starts in the low $200s. The sizes of these two-story homes range from 1,524 square feet to 1,698 square feet and offer an array of standard features.
Engle Homes expects homes to be ready for an August move-in. The homebuilder is also readying two model homes which will be complete by the end of July.
