Mortgage broker Brad King was recently recognized at Wachovia Mortgage Corporation’s annual Circle of Excellence conference at the South Beach Ritz Carlton Hotel in Miami.
Hewas presented the “Rookie of the Year” for Wachovia Mortgage Corporation for his efforts in 2005. Though Brad has over 16 years in the mortgage business, he joined Wachovia Mortgage in mid-2005 and led all production for the company for new hires.
He also earned the “Pinnacle of Excellence” award achieved by only 14 others in all of Wachovia Mortgage Corporation and also was recognized by Mortgage Originator Magazine in its annual Top 200 mortgage loan officers in the U.S., where he was listed number 47 in the country with 2005 production of over $150 million.
