Morrison Homes is adding a new community to its portfolio in Northeast Florida. The company is building luxury townhomes in the new neighborhood of Lakeside, located off Jacksonville’s Lane Avenue, one mile east of Interstate 295.

Morrison Homes is building 172 two-story townhome residences ranging from 1,350 to 1,804 square feet of living space. The homes are available in two or three-bedroom designs with two-and-a-half baths and one car garages. The new townhomes are priced from $171,990 and are currently available for purchase.
