Developers announced plans for The St. John, a 51-story, 300-residence luxury high-rise condominium tower earlier this month. The 640,000 square-foot tower will be the tallest building on Jacksonville’s Southbank and will be next to the Aetna Building. The expected completion date is 2009 and the sales center will be open soon. Preliminary pricing was estimated at $400,000-$2 million and the developers are Hines, which has the Palencia community here, and South Shore Partners.
