Prudential Network Realty stars shined in the heart of Texas at the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates national convention in San Antonio.
Several key players from Jacksonville’s largest residential real estate firm spoke at the convention, including company founder, president and CEO Linda Sherrer, Christy Budnick, executive vice president of the real estate sales division and Mary Anne Hashem, director of Prudential Network Realty’s Builder Sales & Marketing division.
“A Texan might have described the Prudential Network Realty team as having a big presence last week,” Sherrer said. “We are so pleased to have shone brightly in San Antonio and elated to have been asked to participate in the conference and share our expertise with our peers around the nation.”
The annual Prudential Real Estate Affiliates national convention draws elite agents from its operations around the United States and Canada for six days of training, meetings, awards and recognition. This year, the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates were motivated by keynote speeches from some of the world’s most inspirational achievers including The One Minute Manager author, Ken Blanchard. Ronan Tynan, an internationally acclaimed tenor, doctor and motivational speaker born with a lower limb disability, also spoke to the group. Tynan, a Paralympics Games record-setter whose group The Irish Tenors has sold more than 2 million albums, performed for President Ronald Reagan’s funeral and the September 11 Memorial Service at Yankee Stadium. Jamie Clarke, a former cross country ski champion who has climbed Mount Everest, traversed the Empty Quarter of the Arabian Desert and produced three documentary films, is the co-author of The Power of Passion.
Budnick participated in a workshop entitled “Good Deeds – Good Business,” which reinforced the use of community service by real estate management and agents. The session included interviews with PREA sales agents and management on various topics. Budnick discussed Prudential Network Realty’s successful Backpack Challenge program, which provides backpacks to school children in need. Sherrer spoke during the recognition of the Gibraltar Circle Award winners.
Mary Anne Hashem addressed the success of Prudential Network Realty’s Builder Sales & Marketing division, a branch of the company’s business that specializes in sales and marketing of new residential communities. The division has been identified as a companywide business model due to its trailblazing success in the Northeast Florida market.
