Ryland Homes has started presales of 102 single family homes priced from the low $200s at Northwoods off New Berlin and Yellow Bluff roads in north Duval County.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said new three, four and five bedroom homes at Northwoods range in size from 1,487 square feet of living space to 2,834 square feet and include two and three car garages.
Northwoods features a community center with swimming pool, cabana, playing field and children’s playground, said Agar.
