To be among the elite is a privileged distinction. The area’s top Realtors are vying for a place in “Morty’s Elite Club,” a special promotion by Morrison Homes that rewards Realtors who sell a new home by the builder in 2006. The promotion includes a series of exciting drawings in which Realtors have the opportunity to win a variety of items including gift certificates, fabulous weekend getaways, a 42” plasma television, and a chance to win the grand prize of $10,000.

Morrison Homes is inviting area Realtors to visit its beautiful communities in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties and explore all that Morrison Homes has to offer in luxury single-family and townhome residences. A Morrison Homes sales associate will initial the business card of the Realtor who visits a Morrison Homes community, entering the Realtor in the series of exciting prize drawings throughout the year.
Morty selected the first lucky prize recipient on April 1. Barbara Hubbard of Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty Inc. received a $700 Simon Malls gift certificate after previewing a stunning Morrison home in North Hampton. The second drawing, on July 1, will award one Elite Club member with a 42” plasma television. The Oct. 1 drawing will present a member with a weekend at the Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine or the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island. The Realtor from the Dec. 30 drawing will spend a weekend at Universal Studios or Disney World in one of their finest deluxe resorts.
Morrison Homes will conclude its Morty’s Elite Club promotion with a final drawing of Realtors who sold a Morrison home during 2006. On Jan. 5, 2007, one business card will be selected and the winner will receive $10,000. The winning Realtor will also have a party thrown in their honor at their office courtesy of Morrison Homes. Morty himself will present the lucky winner with $10,000.
