Don’s Barber Shop is open at 31 W. Adams Street in front of The Carling. Don Brown has been cutting Vestcor President Mark Farrell’s hair at his shop in Ponte Vedra for 15 years, so he offered Farrell the first trim at the new location. Brown said he decided to open a shop Downtown the day Farrell came in for a haircut and told him Vestcor was planning to renovate the old Roosevelt Hotel.
